2019 (Goodreads) Reading Challenge
My 2019 goal is 26 books.
I'm not sure that I would recommend this book. The story got a little bogged down as Cal and Lexi had the same argument over and over and over again. I did, however, enjoy the lessons in British colloquialisms.

Far from the best of Stephanie Plum's exploits, but better than the more recent ones.

I was seduced by the hot chocolate recipe and didn't read realize it was a YA title until I actually started to read it. It's a nice, quaint little romance.

Don't know if I'm going to make it through this one. I'm not having any better luck with it than I did with Babbitt in high school. I guess Sinclair Lewis is just not my guy.

Honest. Humorous. Touching.

Another I picked up in prepping for the banned books discussion. I'm still reading and kind of on the fence--not about its banned book status, but more about its story development. I'm just not that invested.

Well, I did have a boss who nicknamed me grammer girl, so it really shouldn't come as a surprise.

I'm on the fence about this little cozy. It's not awful, but there's to really rave about either. Felt a little formulaic in places.

Reading Aloud is not just for kids. I still love to be read to!

Jessica has some interesting ideas about classroom design. None of my classrooms ever looked like these.

A quite comfortable cozy mystery.

Wonderful book about a quirky little town in Iowa -- Broken Wheel -- and its Swedish visitor, Sara.

I'm still on the fence about the Happily Inc series. I'm just not quite sure that it has the same charm as Fools Gold.
