Bred to Kill: A Thriller by Franck Thilliez
This series! I'm so glad I've come across this series. It's fabulous in so many ways - detective novels with a quirky (and dark) twist. Oh, and they're French!

Trigger Warning: Short Fictions and Disturbances by Neil Gaiman
Short stories from Neil Gaiman - of course it's a favorite! If you've never read him, start here. If you're a longtime fan, it's a must have.

Girl Underwater by Claire Kells
I read GIRL UNDERWATER in one sitting and loved it!

Love Is Red (The Nightsong Trilogy) by Sophie Jaff
LOVE IS RED defies categorization and, in some ways, description. I wasn't sure at all what to expect when I started but by the end I knew I'd just read something amazing!

Disclaimer: A Novel by Renée Knight
This debut is twisty and turny. The premise is a scary blend of revenge and obsession, so do be warned.

The Haunting of Sunshine Girl: Book One (The Haunting of Sunshine Girl Series) by Paige McKenzie
So much fun! Based on a popular web series (which I admit I've never seen), it's a great premise and the first in a new series.

No One Gets Out Alive: A Novel by Adam Nevill
This book is dark, dark, dark. It creeped me out, which is seriously quite rare.

Day Four: A Novel by Sarah Lotz
So freaking awesome! I'm going to be raving about this book for a while.

The Mall (Downside) by S. L. Grey
This isn't a 2015 release but it's definitely a favorite read this year! I'm having a bit of trouble kicking the book hangover DAY FOUR gave me, so moving onto Lotz's coauthored series was my next logical move - it's awesome!

The Invasion of the Tearling: A Novel (Queen of the Tearling, The) by Erika Johansen
Wow! Just wow! This book took the series to places I NEVER would have expected.

Everything, Everything by Nicola Yoon
A sweet and fabulous debut! Madeline (and Yoon) will win you over instantly!

X (Kinsey Millhone Book 24) by Sue Grafton
24th in the Kinsey Millhone series - this means we've only got two more to go. *sniff*
