About this bookish meme: [Official Blurb] Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature / weekly meme created by The Broke & the Bookish. The meme was created because we are particularly fond of lists here at The Broke & the Bookish. We’d love to share our lists with other bookish folks and would LOVE to see your Top 10 Lists!

Whilst taking part in the Horror October book blogosphere event, I wanted to extend my meme activity to include the books that might whet my fancy to include a thematic that befits the event itself! I have always been attracted to ghost stories and/or parapsychological intrigue inasmuch as I have a soft spot for psychological suspense! Therefore, this list is expanded a bit in explanation on my blog post which can be clicked over to with the link at the bottom. I decided only to select the first books in each of the 10 series I want to start to reading rather than curating a list full of all the books per series by each individual author.

To find out why there are more than 10 books on my list you'll have to jump over to my blog post!

  • Aunt Dimity's Death (Aunt Dimity Mystery Book 1)

  • What's a Ghoul to Do? (Ghost Hunter Mysteries, No. 1): A Ghost Hunter Mystery

  • The Ghost In the Third Row

  • India Black and the Rajah's Ruby (Madam of Espionage Mysteries series)

  • The Ghost and Mrs. McClure (Haunted Bookshop Mystery)
